Head of Marketing

As Head of Marketing, you are responsible for the full execution of all marketing activities. You ensure that strategy is translated into clear, consistent, and high-quality output across all channels.

You coordinate multiple agencies and specialists and take ownership of planning, quality, and performance. From campaigns and product launches to content, email, and partnerships, you keep oversight, give direction, and step in when needed. You work closely with the CMO on strategy and with the Head of E-commerce on timing and on-site execution.

You combine structure with creative judgment. You know when to push forward, when to adjust, and how to keep partners accountable. Thanks to your coordination, marketing runs as one cohesive system instead of separate initiatives.

In short, you own marketing execution and make sure everything is aligned, live on time, and performing.
