By submitting you exercise your right of withdrawal. We'll email you a confirmation on a durable medium. Personalised items (made to order) and other exempt products may not qualify.

The 14-day cooling-off period

The 14-day period starts the day after you receive your order. You can cancel within those 14 days without giving a reason. After you notify us, return the item within a further 14 days.

What happens next

We confirm by email, then guide you through the return. We aim to issue your refund within 1-4 business days after receiving the item or your proof of return, and always within the legal timeframe. If you withdraw from your full order, we refund the purchase price and the standard delivery cost of the original shipment. Additional costs for premium shipping options are not refunded. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or we made an error.

Exemptions

Personalised items with a name, number, initials or other custom text are made to order and are exempt from the right of withdrawal, unless they are faulty. Standard choices such as device model, colour or size are not considered personalisation. See our Refund & Returns policy.
