Product & material
Is it really genuine Alcantara®? +

Yes, always. We are an official licensee and source genuine Alcantara® from Italy, the same material used in supercar interiors, racing seats and private-jet cabins. It is never imitation suede.

What does Alcantara® feel like? +

Suede-soft and warm to the touch, with a grip that leather and silicone never manage. It is the moment you pick it up that makes it special, and it only feels better the more you hold it.

What products do you make? +

iPhone cases are where we started. We also make wallets, AirPods cases, laptop and iPad covers, bags, pouches and car and travel accessories, all wrapped in the same officially licensed Alcantara®.

Is everything vegan? +

Yes. Alcantara® is a vegan, carbon-neutral material with no animal skin, so you get the feel of the finest car interiors without leather.

Fit & compatibility
Will a case fit my exact phone? +

We make precision-cut cases for iPhone 11 through iPhone 17, including Pro, Pro Max, Plus and Air models. Choose your exact model on the product page and every cutout lines up perfectly.

Do your products work with MagSafe? +

Yes. A magnet ring is built into every case, so you charge wirelessly without removing it and snap on MagSafe wallets, stands and chargers with a strong hold.

What sizes do the bags & laptop covers come in? +

Laptop and iPad covers are made to fit specific models, including 11, 13, 14, 15 and 16-inch devices. The exact sizes are listed on each product page so you can match yours.

Care & longevity
How do I care for Alcantara®? +

Alcantara® is stain-resistant and easy to keep fresh. Wipe with a damp cloth and brush gently to revive the texture. Avoid soaking it or using harsh solvents.

How long will it last? +

Alcantara® is engineered for high-wear surfaces like steering wheels, so it holds up to daily use beautifully. Every product is also backed by our 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Personalisation
Which products can I personalise? +

Selected products can be personalised with a name and/or number in a jersey-style finish. Where it is available, you'll see the personalisation option on the product page before you add to bag.

Can personalised items be returned? +

Personalised items are made to order especially for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty. Please double-check your spelling and number before ordering.

Shipping & delivery
How fast is shipping? +

We dispatch within 1–3 business days. In the Netherlands, order today and it arrives tomorrow. Across the rest of Europe, delivery is typically 2–5 days after dispatch. See the full table on our Shipping & Returns page.

Is shipping free? +

Shipping is free on every order over €80. Below that, a small flat fee applies, shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I track my order? +

Yes. You receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Have your order number ready and we can look it up for you any time.

Returns, refunds & warranty
What's your returns policy? +

You have 100 days to return any unused item in resaleable condition for a full refund. Personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

When do I get my refund? +

Once we receive your return, your refund is issued within 1–4 days to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee? +

Yes. Every order is covered by a 100-day money-back guarantee. If you're not happy within 100 days, contact us for a full refund.

What does the 2-year warranty cover? +

It covers manufacturing defects for 2 years from purchase. Normal wear and tear, and accidental damage, are not covered. Email us with your order number and a photo and we'll make it right.
