Head of E-commerce

As Head of E-commerce, you are responsible for everything that happens on the website. You own webshop performance, conversion, average order value, and the flawless execution of campaigns, launches, and sales.

You coordinate a web development agency, a CRO agency, and a product lister, and make sure the website performs at a high level at all times. From pricing changes and promotions to new product launches and campaign pages, you ensure everything goes live correctly, on time, and in line with the brand.

You combine analytical thinking with operational ownership. You know where to optimize, when to test, and how to turn insights into improvements. Thanks to your oversight and execution, the website is not just live, but continuously improving.

In short, you own the webshop and make sure it performs, converts, and scales.
