Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates and start from the moment your order has been dispatched (after the 1–3 business-day dispatch window). They may vary due to carrier delays, customs, peak periods, incorrect address details, product availability or events outside our control.

Pre-orders & personalisation
Personalised items and pre-order products may require additional processing time. If a product has a longer delivery time, this will be shown on the product page, at checkout, or in our communication with you.
Import duties & taxes
For orders shipped outside the EU, any duties, import taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by local customs authorities and are not controlled by ALCANSIDE.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package appears lost, damaged in transit, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us at contact@alcanside.com so we can investigate with the carrier and put it right. We are here to help resolve delivery problems until your order reaches you.
Address details
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may ask you to cover the cost of reshipping.
Returns & refunds
You can return unused items in resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund. As an EU consumer you also have a separate statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
We aim to issue refunds within 1 to 4 business days after receiving and checking your return, to your original payment method. Where the EU right of withdrawal applies, we refund within the legal timeframe, and we may wait until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.

2-year warranty
Every ALCANSIDE product is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects. Normal wear and tear and accidental damage are not covered. For exactly what is and is not covered, and how to make a claim, see our Warranty page.
